Locked Up & Locked In

Solitary Confinement...
It's not just a name, is it? It's the loneliness of no longer being physically close to finding another group to shoot dice with and you're tired of doing it digitally. It's the talents gone to waste as everyone gawks over androids dreaming of something its training called "sheep". It's the passion project; the convenient ledge to grab as you're falling to despair.
It's the technomantic rituals to publish words written from the heart
and not from the pacemaker or graphics card.
It's the slaving away over a hot keyboard,
chanting hexes like "npm run build
" or "git push
",
stuff like that.
It's a testament of perfection being the enemy of good (enough).
It's the—oh no the deadline's running right at me!
It's the beautiful baby blog. It's the blog about one man's rambling on tabletop roleplaying games, in worldbuilding, and craftsmanship.
It's about being content playing with by yourself.
